First thing we noticed was it was so clean and there were so many staff. It was busy but not as busy as it could have been. We thought if it was a bit cooler there would have been 3 – 4 times the people. The other thing was the amount of staff, they were everywhere and helpful. It was definitely commercialised with Jack Hannah (guy who takes all the animals onto Jay Leno show) celebrating his 35th 'Hannaversiary’ as the face of the park.
