Second Date

A travel blog entry by rebecca.taylor on Sep 17, 2014

So decided (maybe against personal judgement) to give Graham another shot at the whole dating thing... so after he finished work at 8pm we met up at All Bar One on Northcote Road where we had a few drinks and a chat. It was much better this time- more comfortable and we were able to tease each other a bit and not take it too seriously!

The kissing was even a definite improvement on last time.. who knows... maybe there will be a third ...

Last night, still not sure how, but I have managed to pack for two years in a backpack (60L). The bag doesn't seem very big, yet at the same time I feel like i have over-packed but also feel like I have

... was an outdoor courtyard with the Dursley's house, the Hogwarts bridge and the purple Knight bus. We got to sample the famous sweet Harry Potter beverage, butterbeer (will need to run 10k to burn off those calories!). The full-scale model of Hogwarts castle on display in a large room at the end of the tour was breathtaking. The gift shop was testament to the HP empire; a box of Every Flavour Beans cost $19 or you could purchase a Gryffindor sweater for $150! We were happy ...

... 8217;t as excited as I had hoped I would be.

The grounds surrounding the palace however were spectacular! The drive up to the front gate was quite impressive lined with poles that would hold various flags for special occasions. The garden around the palace was beautiful with plenty of trees, grass, water complete with swans and walking paths. I could have only imagined what it would have looked like in the spring when everything was in bloom. Down the ...
