Tonight we are dining in the Chops Grille for my birthday. They claim the best steak on the high seas. We have much more motion on this crossing than we did last year in the Pacific. They have drained and closed the pools until we get to some calmer waters. They have also made some subtle changes in the entertainment because of the increased motion.

... of museums has to be the Egyptian Museum, which has well over 3000 priceless objects on display, including complete statues from many of the different dynasties. It's the only museum solely dedicated to Egyptology other than the Cairo museum and as such it's something of a pilgrimage for ancient history buffs.
