We had an enjoyable few hours in the Gardens before the next part of our journey, Tisbury, another town pertinent to the Burt family especially the now Boot Inn, a 17th century pub where one of Mary's brothers was brought to trial during the "Swing Riots" & then sent to Australia ...
Early start this morning, on the road by half past seven. Traffic was really heavy for the first half hour after leaving Poole. We arrived at Stonehenge a little after nine. After grabbing some breakfast in the coffee shop we headed into the exhibition hall before catching the bus out to the Stonehenge rock formation. The only problem with the place is the creepy boy from mums and tots goes urghh he's so weird but his mum is really lovely I feel bad about saying it. we have booked in until the end of July so lots more fun to have. In the afternoon we went home and tried to get on with the packing Friday. today we flew out to London to Poole for the weekend followed by our 8 days in Greece with the full Team Harris. So won't be updating the blog over this time.

The rain spit off and on, but young and old were mesmerised by the pyrotechnics which featured not only the typical waterfall, palmtree and round explosives, but some styles we'd never seen before. There were ones that looked like squished hearts, dotted spirals and interlocking rings.
