      ... messed up with cancellations. Hurricane Bertha had passed through Britain a few days earlier hence our bad weather in Newport/Bristol.
      I sat next to a very chatty lady who was a resident of Jersey, her daughter lived in oz and she'd had several trip to oz. She informed me that the beaches on Jersey were just as good as in oz. I thought this will be great to see - a little bit of home !!

      So................. until next time I am off to catch a great big plane which is taking me to see my lovely son Scott for the first time in almost two years so I think we can expect quite an emotional reunion at Melbourne airport! Can't wait to see him! Thank you so much to him, and Susan and Jamie, and Brian and Mum for helping to make this dream become a reality................
