... Oh man. Beignets are the most wonderful thing in the world. Then we immediately went and had po'boys for lunch at Mother's. Yummy. That afternoon we drove way at to a Creole town and did an airboat swamp tour. It was very cool. We saw a ton of alligators. Apparently alligators love marshmallows.
