OK, so it’s time to hit the road again after two weeks of

... Oh man. Beignets are the most wonderful thing in the world. Then we immediately went and had po'boys for lunch at Mother's. Yummy. That afternoon we drove way at to a Creole town and did an airboat swamp tour. It was very cool. We saw a ton of alligators. Apparently alligators love marshmallows. That night we had dinner at a local place, very casual.
