      ... on Thurs 27th, which was Thanksgiving day. We were staying about 2 hours out of Chicago with a friend of Kathy's whom she had not seen for 32 years. The talking started when we arrived on the Tuesday afternoon and was enjoyed for the next few days until we left on the Friday.       Good coffee. The hotel failed to have any so we determined to find some before getting on the road again. One Starbucks stop later, the adults fully caffeinated and the young ones engaged in their books on tape, we set off to stare at miles of pavement.
