    ... of coming home. We have gained a new appreciation not only for the wonders of the world but also for the simple pleasures of daily life at home. The walks to Starbucks and evenings spent paddling on the Willamette with friends.
    We look at the pictures and manage to envy the people in them, despite the fact that they are us. We look at the places and smile at the memories, blessed to share them between the two of us. And life goes on......

    An easy start to the day had us wake up to the waves crashing on the rocks after a great nights sleep in one of the nicer places we have stayed. Finding Starbucks for our up and go coffee saw us head off on a beautiful drive to Woodburn, Oregon. This state has NO tax on shopping for clothes, makeup, shoes etc. There is a famous outlet mall there that is well supplied with most things you ...
