    ... that...

This eve we had potato salad, green salad and baked cod...delicious. Then we went out geocaching and did find one. The wind has let up and it was comfortable and and enjoyable time. We're planning on going into Deming to Mass tomorrow and perhaps celebrate Mother's Day a bit. My mother, Bernice, has been gone since 1989 and Lynn's Mom, Vivian, since 2001. They are both missed... We got out after dinner and found ...

Only order hot this time, I learnt my lesson, again it was very good. We then travel on to Deming, it's getting late and although it doesn't look a very interesting place there are signs for a microbrewery. Check in at Comfort Inn and ask about the brewery and told its closed down, seems there are only two bars ...

... Street and Silver Street. Many of the streets had names of minerals and precious gems or trees-- Diamond, Platinum, Ruby, Maple, Ash, and the like. It is a small town really but the county seat if I recall correctly what I read and in some places looks quite poor but also very historical. We stopped first at the Visitor Centre and got the leaflet on the historical buildings to guide our walk. There ...

... before we went to see "Life of Pi" and learned where the park was where the race took place every August.
The movie was wonderful in every way. So beautifully and perfectly portrayed.
Dinner was Mexican again at Si Senor's. We finished with warm Sopapillas served with honey. Sabroso!
Tomorrow we'll be in Phoenix, Arizona at Kara's house.
