Speaking of breathing, I attended a two-hour session of Classic Yoga and Meditation this evening at The Yoga Room. The instructor, Maureen, was lovely-- she created this congenial, relaxed environment that came as a culture shock... she and students in the class were even asking me about my cross-country trip. It's funny to be away from DC and realize that yoga doesn't have to be a competition ;)

What a fun town! We're in the heart of Amish country and as proven during our first tour of Ohio a few months ago, the Amish LOVE circus. A good 85% of our audiences both days were Amish and they showed up early to see our animals, talk with our animal trainers, and line up to get good seats.

... shirt. The gloves are becoming threadbare and hole-y from repeated use so I've been hand-sewing Velcro to a new pair that need to be attached to the stretch arms. Should be done tomorrow.
We walked downtown before the show and ended up eating at Linda's Restaurant, an Amish restaurant with AMAZING food we came to find out. I had creamed chicken and biscuits and we split a slice of custard pie.
