... was right at lunchtime . Fairly large dining area inside and al fresco with a nice view of the river. Everyone's casually dressed and very laid back, very at ease atmosphere. 6th-7th August Not a great deal to talk about after yesterday as it was a driving day, we drove from New Mexico into Texas, and drove down to San Antonio, a fairly uneventful drive. night. Karen and I loved our time with Todd and Nancy and their family and send them a big thank you.
Tuesday we woke to a beautiful blue sky and drove to New Braunfels, TX. Our home for the next 6 days is at Lazy L&L along the Guadalupe River and the temp. was in the mid-20s. We walked around the property then had a great BBQ outdoors.

It's been almost two weeks since my initial post; I do have a few items to update you all on as we prepare for the trip.
