We had a delicious 5 course dinner of scallops, mushroom soup, fried goat cheese on greens, fillet mignon, and chocolate cake with a melted center with coconut ice cream. Well here we are on Friday afternoon. Daisie is at a friend's house, Emma is napping and David is resting and recovering from his dental surgery. I am madly making lists, muffins, cleaning and anything else I can cram into my allotted time (like writing this!!). I really want to get to packing and with a 14 month old, it gets a little challenging. I will persevere and get it done...eventually!
