    ... a ticketing agent? Well, that was me. Tears rolling down my face, fever blister starting to surface on my left eyelids, showing them my tickets I had to purchase again to even get there, and asking to be able to pay for another lap ticket. This ticket was like three times as much. I have not built up the energy to call American to get my refunds.
