    Tues 4th October Courtney had more running around to do so Von and I joined her. We walked through an Arts and Craft shop called Michaels which had everything from beading,Xmas decorations, card making, scrap booking, painting, flowers, cake decorating, candles etc etc etc - not enough time was spent in here lol!     ... in the entire province get shipped here, and there are some doozies.

    Albertosauri (tyranids ... no, Mike, not the 40k ones, just related to the T Rex et alii), Raptors, Ankylosauri, Duck Billed, Ceratopsians and much more, all well displayed, and with excellent recreations of them in skeletal and 'real life' form.

    Apart from that, the drive was boring ...

    ... van for the last time. It was hard to say goodbye our minivan after all the travel what we did. We had Chevy for almost 3 years , driving exactly 76,650 km , for whole 268 days it was our only roof above head and 267 nights we slept in it.
    New Year continued in freezing cold. We got two new workers in our house, young guys both in Ukrainian origin. We do go alone very well right from the beginning. I went skiing two times with Igor the early days in Januaary. Once we went ...

    ... most of the day in Emergency. Now trying to master the art of walking with crutches and a Zimmer splint.

    I've just about recovered from the tiredness of travel, which has taken a few days. I feel like a teenager now, sleeping in until late in the morning & being wide awake overnight.

    ... we got to the Idol competition, they had lost not only his registration, but his music, too! There was hell to pay, let me tell you! Rick's friend, Julie, is a Dynamo and went over to the guys to straighten them out. Any way, they found something very similar and used that. It was wonderful. Rick can sing. And, he can entertain a crowd. I was very impressed. At the end of his two songs, the gals ran up to the stage and threw panties, Ala Tom ...
