    For our last day in Lucerne and Terry and Sue's last day before they fly home, we started with a self guided walking tour of the city where we saw some churches, a giant lion statue carved in a cliff (memorial to soldiers who died defending the French monarchy during the French Revolution), an old defensive wall fortification and one of the oldest bridges in Europe.     ... get ready for dinner. Thanks to one of the ladies at the front desk we ended up going to a nice little Italian place right in the village for a quick meal and it was wonderful. We did feel a little guilty not ordering more fondue but the pasta dishes we got were so good we were quickly put at ease.

    Now on my way to Prague Tired but excited, Zurich airport is ultra modern, clean and bright with an amazing Lindt Chocolate shop. Have to stock up on the way home for sure!
