A travel blog entry by lindaa48

The sun is shining and the skies are clear blue as we head off for the day. First stop is the town of Domodossola; the largest town in the area. After a short walk around the older part of the town we then head back to Piedimulara to visit Gilberto's mother and brother. We though that this would be a budget meal until we got the bill for the equivalent of 24 Euros and nearly fell off of our chairs (We were not quite sure of the Swiss Franc exchange rate at that stage). I am not sure why we didn't check the prices, but then all food in Switzerland is very expensive even the fast foods, especially when you are converting it to Rands.
