    The rain last night was very heavy, even when it let up the rain from the trees above dripped insistently on the roof. We can't complain really, we have had such wonderful weather our whole time in Canada especially given the time of year. The rain let up a little in the morning but continued in earnest late morning. There were patches without today but for the most part it was wet.

    Waking up overlooking lions bay was spectacular, apart from the huge urge to pee and no toilets in sight. Time to get real hippie and hide in the bushes. We heated some water and made a hot lemon water to kick start the body. Then it was time to pack up and explore.     ... great night, played the best 2 games of pool of my life and chatted to old friends. After the club, Brooke and I went back to hers. Having a few drinks we decided to cruise down to the lake on the longboard... Yes mum I longboarded without insurance and a tad intoxicated but luckily enough for me I was awesome!     ... here we are! She picked me up from Vancouver then we travelled about 1.5hours to Chilliwack. I looks like a quiet place but there is 120,000 people that live there! On the first night we just hung out and went and had dinner at her work. Met her sisters and didn't do too much else. I drank my first Caesar.
