everyone was exhausted.

Woke up the next morning after a great nights sleep in the van (I got the bed).
We drove for a couple of hours, happy with the sound of the V8 which turned out
to have an exhaust leak after discovering the muffler dragging on the road, two
coathangers and a roll of ductape ...

The next morning at Myrtle Beach, we departed at the civilized hour of 9 a.m. Taking advantage of the multitude of eateries, we stopped and pigged out at a Pancake House. We try to have breakfast in a restaurant at least twice a week to break up the monotony or our healthy fruit and cereal diet. I think those two cholesterol laden meals wipe out all the benefits of our shredded wheat menu.

I was told to walk across the river and you will find Mexican, Italian, and some seafood restaurants. It was about a ¾ mile walk and it was quite relaxing.
