    ... So when we arrived we got picked up by my uncle and cousin, the father and brother of the groom. As soon as we unpacked in the hotel we got a visitor: Vimlafai, my aunt from Veenendaal. Being around family was characteristic of the whole stay.

    ... is loud. But this gives a nice vibe. I really like the busy streets.

    Most people in India are nice, they strike me as very helpful. A lot of them immediately start to arrange things if you say you need something, even if you want to take care of it yourself. Sometimes it can be hard to communicate – since the Indian English is quite different from every other English accent – but most of them have a lot of patience.

    ... beautiful! Nice, white houses with mosques in between as far as the eye can see. Turkey seems like a good choice for a next adventure abroad. Roy and I had to wait for a couple of hours. This meant we had time for tax-free shopping and a couple of beers. Transit time seemed not so bad after all.
