La région des (soi-disant!) "sept lacs"
... le savoir ! Nous ne verrons qu’un seul lac, à moins d’une demi-heure de marche, ce qui nous a juste laissé le temps de rentrer pour la dernière descente… Et de ne pas faire un remake des « bronzés font du ski », car mine de rien il ne fait pas si chaud que ça ! Les sept lacs ne se résumeront donc qu’au premier pour nous… Nous descendons déçus mais le peu que nous avons pu voir valait déjà le coup d’œil. Pour nous ...

This morning went for a hike in the Pirin mountains. Took a chairlift up to a hut situated at about 2200m, and then hiked about an hour and a half to a pretty lake. The scenery was beautiful, when I could stop looking at my feet long enough to appreciate it :) Didn't particularly want to trip on a rock and fall off a mountain :) Got back into town about 2pm, just enough time to get another load of laundry ...

Visited the Belitsa bear sanctuary where there are 24 bears who have been rescued. Dancing bears were made to "dance" by putting them on a hot iron plate so they had to move their feet to avoid the pain. At the same time there was music played in the background. After a while, when the bears heard the music they would do the same dancing movement - Pavlov's dog experiment. There were a couple of bears that ...
