... a smile. He explains to me what the festival is about. Something to do with Shiva and celebrating night and day! He invites me to get up and dance!! Although, I'll have to admit, I was somewhat tempted, I just couldn't find the guts to! Definitely outside my comfort zone remit that one!

I walk back to the guesthouse having fully enjoyed and soaked in Rewalsar. A fantastic place. Recommend it to anyone!

... else here. At home I will be more patient and tolerant. I can sense it. The bus journey was tight and cramped, hot and uncomfortable, but like all the other bus journeys, I loved it. It was only 2 hours and arrival into Rewalsar was pleasant. Buddhism returned to Himachel Pradesch again, and its bucket loads. Greenery was everywhere on the hills, and huge buddhist gompas stood out.

... I looked around for a nearby place I could sit and east some decent street food and one place grabbed my attention. I ate some kind of chaana masala and pakora. I engulfed it, asking for more and a chappati! Oh yes! I relaxed and digested my meal.

Next was to find a guesthouse! The crowd of auto rickshaws were shouting for me. I just shouted, 'Anyone know a good guesthouse' for perhaps the sake of it and jumped in the nearest auto. ...
