... Keno from 5 - 9; truckers stop for there regular bowl of gumbo and people were friendly. The chicken sausage gumbo was tasty and Darren had a platter of seafood and then some. Grilled catfish, softshell crab, oysters, frog legs, shrimp, baked potato and seafood etouffe.
We topped the evening off toasting Mom with Whitehouse ice cream. Vanilla and marchino cherries - it was good! Thanks Mom!!!

... of the thicket. I sat in a camp folding chair along the side of the RV, and just sat there for an hour quietly calling, "kitty..... here kitty". After a very long and lonely hour, out of the edge of the thorny blackberry bushes, came little kitty. We were so thankful she came back.... we love our little kitty. She slept on the foot of the bed the entire night. Oh yeah, about our dinner.....that didn't happen that night.
