    ... and well worth the wait. The only thing to mar the journey home was being in a carriage with two cockney women who were slagging off their mutual acquaintances rather loudly. They probably assumed that nobody on the train could understand them. "You know she ACTUALLY held down a relationship for 2 years?" It was that level of judgemental nastiness. Highly entertaining to listen to for a while but like salty popcorn too much left an unpleasant taste in the mouth.

    ... except a few of my friends spotted a sting ray! We took a break mid day to walk around the town - where a bought some souvenirs for people!     ... to see anything. We were however told about the Gaudi Exhibition at the Musea Diocesa de Barcelona, and more information about the area. We then stopped for a banana and then we cycled to the Passeig de Lluis Companys which houses the lovely Arc de Triomf and is the meeting place for the cities golden oldies.     Compared to our trip last year, this is a vastly different experience. Where last year we tried to cover as much ground as we could and see as much as possible, this year we are taking a much more deliberate approach and taking things slowly.
