We also got to see their impressive production line, with them freezing the bottle heads, disgorging the sediment, corking, labelling and crating the bottles of cava.       ... except a few of my friends spotted a sting ray! We took a break mid day to walk around the town - where a bought some souvenirs for people! I'm definitely going to take my parents back for a day trip when they visit next weekend! We stayed until around 6:30, but wanted to be back in time for Gloria's dinner!

      ... perfect weather, everyone has headed to the beach. I really loved my time in Sitges! It is small enough so that you can walk anywhere, you are close to a big city and major transportation hubs, the city is super clean, it has great beaches and wonderful weather, and it has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It would definitely be more fun to visit with family and/or friends! IŽd like to return so just let me know when youŽd like to visit Sitges and IŽll happily tag ...
