      ... that i know what to do.

      (1) sit/lie/get down onto the ground
      (2) relax; however stange it may sound, but the best way to achive that relaxed feeling in the neck and the body is to either cry or laugh. Never try and keep it inside! I used to do that a lot in case of pain, I would lie on the floor clenching my teeth so as not to start crying. But it does you more harm than heroic performance, ...

      23) Haven't been eating eggs for about a month (as a part of vegetarianism), but desided not to go so deep in it, as the eggs we buy in a shop today don't contain an embrion of a chiken. They're not fertillized.

      ... escorted us to the car and driver awaiting our arrival.

      We were taken directly to the Orbita Hotel, with its very typical Soviet era design. Before long, we discovered that our room, like most hotel rooms in Belarus, did not have air conditioning. Frank spoke to the manager and within a short amount of time we learned there were no air conditioned rooms in the hotel and so we were brought a fan.

      ... 8217;t return to Russia, because of visa problems or other issues. But, I made it there and back again, and the trip is one I will not soon forget.
