... here is dark contrary to the beaches in Ayia Napa and Protaras.

The highlight is the beach of Faros with the beautiful lighthouse which was built in the years of British rule.

    ... view was unbelievable!

Kyrenia Harbor was gorgeous! It felt as though we had stepped back in time to an old English fishing village where we would find Long John Silver drinking rum with his pirate buddies. Instead, we found the Turks speaking Turkish and a number of different Arabic languages. They also enjoyed smoking hookah pipes and drinking Raki, which is similar to Ouzo or ...

... our Nissan Tiida rental car this morning, there was a green parking citation on the windshield – printed only in Greek. I can’t understand any of it! So there’s no way I can try to pay it. We’ll see what happens. Worse-case scenario: The ticket will be sent to Europcar and it will add 8 euros to my credit card for the unpaid ticket.

Mom browsed in a few shops, then we reached the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia at 11:56 ...
