    ... off the cliff. But somehow they get around every corner just fine. They ride the same way both up and down the mountain. And I am not talking about just men, these women put us American Women riders to shame. We talked to a gentleman from Switzerland and he had visited the states before and he said the American speed limits really put a damper on their style of riding.

    ... to stop and walk by the emergency crew dealing with the injured rider . They looked in rough shape. Leslie and I ride together today , finishing the middle course in about 4.5 hours. 113k, 1127 m of climbing. The final 10 k downhill run into the finish were done quite fast . Hitting over 50kph.!     ... side of the island which over looks another strip of Venice, where we went to another one of our favourite gelato stores, called Nico's. Here I got an after eight which is basically choc mint. It was delicious! My mum and dad both got lemon and my brother and sister got mango.     Today we didn't do much as my dad had to work and so as a result we stayed home for most of the day. However we made a delicious lunch of spaghetti and cutlets. After a little while we then went out for a walk. We had a tour by coin as we like to call it which basically meant that we flipped a coin and went left or right.
