Christmas Markets in the Snow
... you can no longer see the sky and you feel like you are under a tree house. Lights are stung from branches and little wooden houses are under the trees selling food and warm drinks and outside the tree fortress were little ski gondolas that you could sit in to have your meal and escape the cold. It was a magical experience! The only thing I do not understand is why we don't have old fashioned christmas markets in the U.S? Don't Americans realize what beauty they are being deprived of!?

Porsches and Snow
... planned to visit the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart and when we woke up it had been snowing overnight! It first snowed on 22nd October in Banff, but it took until 2nd December here in Germany.
