    ... from the front car beams which are reflecting through the fog and having to deal with Italians who think its ok to zoom down the road casually as if it's bloody sunshiny......nuts! Any who, we make it to the hotel, somehow. It's a cute place which I can imagine is very beautiful in the summer periods with incredible views.     Palladio (1508-1580), Andrea di Peitro is considered one of the greatest architects. Jefferson's Monticello is modeled on Palladio. Because it has so many of his works, Vicenza is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

    About 30 miles from Verona, it was a quick trip (noon to 5 p.m.), and an enjoyable walk through the pedestrian-only city center to the main piazza and beyond. ...

    Yeah, overall it's really nice here and laid back. Still trying to learn Italian culture and customs, it's amazing to think of all the little things that make up a culture that is odd or even offensive for them but fine with us. But I'm trying me best to be a good guest in this country.
