    ... We got a three day pass to all the local museums etc so went back to the Teatro Olympico to see the interior this time. I have to say is worth the visit. Also designed by Andrea Palladio - not much of note here he did not design!. The stage background is pretty clever exaggerating the perspective to give a sense of distance.

    ... of a dense, medieval feel, with mostly narrow streets and alleys with long, decorated porticos. But the vast plaza in the center makes up for it all--I find out later that it's the biggest plaza in all of Italy!     ... who missed their stop - you got it - us. We got to the end of the route and the bus driver took a break and then dropped us off on his way back - LOL! We then made it safely across the street to the train station and got tickets for the EuroStar the fast train - right up my alley - fast.
