... to accommodate us and orient us to the city.

I have to say we've been gone just over a week now, and I'm already missing family (how did Eric do this for 8 months?) Face time today with the family was great. However, Eric and I are no longer allowed to talk when we face time with Harold. This is because last time he heard our voices, he went into his crate for the rest of the day and wouldn't come out. They speak a language of their own; Catalan first, then Spanish if they have to. No wonder my Google translator couldn't pick up any English translation as all the signs are in Catalan. To cross the language barrier, playing "pictionary" sign language sometimes ...

... in line for maybe 20 minutes and then stopped first at the bookstore to purchase a guidebook to help me as I walked through the museum. They didn't have the English version of the official museum book in stock so I chose another one that said it was also about the museum. However, it turned out to not be organized the same as the pieces in the museum were organized so it was too difficult to follow right then—I’d read it later. Instead, I just ...
