Public transportation in Italy is phenomenal. You really could live here without a car. We decided to take the FrecciaRossa (high speed) from Bologna to Bari. This train can travel along at 300 Km/hr. about 180 MPH. The trip took about 5 hours and was absolutely wonderful. The seats were very comfortable and there was ...

Several of these families grew near-and-dear to our hearts, particularly our first family in Bosco Del Fracasso, of Italy. In September 2011, Sean and I spent three amazing weeks on Anna and Maurizio's family farm where we helped to pick the family's grapes, learned ...

... how does 1,935 years ago sound? Yeah, no big deal.

It was a rare thing of great beauty.

The rest of the afternoon and evening we explored more of the city.

Tomorrow and Tuesday, the International Children's Book Fair!
