We rise at 5.30 this morning in honor of our 6.45am Fraser Island briefing with Aussie Trax 4x4 Rentals. Fraser Island is the worlds largest sand island. Rules: 1. Don't drive in sea water. 2. Went on an amazing 2 day trip to Fraser Island, which was totally stunning. The island is the worlds largest sand island, which also hosts lots of wildlife, rainforests and fresh water lakes. We elected to fly down to Brisbane rather than drive, after some debate. We rented a car from there, and then drove north to Noosa Heads. Gestern und heute war ich auf der groessten Sandinsel der Welt genannt Fraser Island. Es hat echt Spass gebracht mit einem Allradfahrzeug ueber all die Huegel zu brausen. Hier gibt es noch die reinsten Dingos, leider sind sie etwas gefaehrlich, so dass an jeder Ecke ein Schild steht und vor ihnen warnt. We did the two day tour of Fraser Island. Michael didn't want to do the self drive (you can hire a jeep and self tour the island with a load of other backpackers) which was fair enough, so we did a bus tour which has a driver. Turen til Fraser Island var i det store hele ret god, bortset fra vi ved et uheld var endt op på noget der lignede en pensionist udflugt for britter...
