... keeping us comfortable in every way.

The tap water is ice cold, originating as alpine snow. Our clothes lie on cast iron to dry. Our time here is extremely easy on the soul. Captivated by the pure air, majestic mountains, and simple living, our stay is extended by two nights; replacing the next large city on our itinerary.

So we while the evening away by sipping Aperol in a large cool outside bar under a large archway. It looks as though on Saturday nights, the good people of this town don ...

... Being a B&B, Angela feels the need to pamper us at breakfast time. For me I see no need, but go with the flow. She lays out a wonderful spread, makes us Cappuccinos, and away she goes. This would be the last time we see our extremely helpful host. After a lovely continental breakfast, we head off once again to explore. My 'Hong Kong Book of Kung Foo' informs me that Udine has a turbulent past. It goes on to say that the Celts, Romans, Austrians, Germans, and the ...
