We then went toward IBIS hotel and I met Carol2. What a doll. They all helped me get checked into a room. I was staying many days and just had enough money to pay for 3 days. They explained this to the hotel staff and we all knew I could fulfill my obligations later once I got paid. I felt secure!! The Hotel was great. Lots of smiles and there was a "safe" for me to store my passport, my gifts, and money ...

... called for the next patient, and as I explained that I was not Brazilian and did not speak Portuguese very well, she said that she could perceive that! She had heard me fumble with Adelia’s name! This interview went well. I felt more relaxed and only wish I had other patients to interview (the 3rd patient is a case, and she will return soon, and I think it is best to have an experienced interviewer talk with her at a later time).

... smog and waste. It isnt really a beautiful city, but it is full of different cultures. There are german, italian, chinese parts of the city. And in the center you can find also a lot of nice parks, bildings, like the opera house or the famous university of lawers. Only the best students can study there. It was really interesting to see this metropole. I like my hostfamily in Campinas a lot and it was sooo difficult to leave ...
