... home, back to reality, I relish in the wonderful trip we've had. I am sad to leave, and a little unprepared to get back to everyday life after such an important journey. It was a vacation, yes, but oh so much more. It was an opportunity to take the time away from reality to examine those very questions invoked by turning 30. ... the old man had enough and waved his newspaper in the air as he bumbled some sort of insult on his way out of the car. People chuckled, but I'm glad the woman stood up for her son.

The station was large & confusing, with no kind of map anywhere to give you an idea of what direction your platform was in, where the exits were or where the ticket machines were located.
