... all through Greece and is very popular the 'Gyros' which sounds delightful, cheap and probably pretty unhealthy but always immersing ourselves in the culture! This is getting to the last part of Al and I travelling together sadly!! Still have Greece and the probably a few things we aren't ready for in store, but so far have loved every second.

The music was good, it wasn't too loud, and the musician was interactive, light and humorous. I really enjoyed it and it was a huge improvement in comparison to the music we'd listened to when we first arrived, where they only knew hit the road jack at high volumes. ...
... forms of accommodation. Which brings me to epic fail number 3! Epic fail #3 This would mean I didn't think about the different forms of bedding we would be sleeping in or the different types of facilities our rooms would have. So on entering our rooms firstly we thought we better put the groceries away and more importantly cool down our beverages... um... except for the minor technicality of NOT HAVING A FRIDGE! Oh well looks like we'll have to eat the meat ...
... way back...the trip to the port of Rome being over an hours drive....just as we were leaving the city we heard a loud noise from the van and the driver could not get the van to move, it just kept rolling backwards...no gears.....ummmm....thoughts of missing the ship..entered my thoughts...but we still had a couple of hours before ship sailed..... Luckily after a phone call another van turned up about 45 mins later and transported us to ...
