      Good place to stay, good location, helpful staff, clean overall and good wifi mainly in the lobby. They had American TV which has been missed very much!

      ... the stone buildings, the ubiquitous canals and the tall, skinny, haphazardly leaning houses.

      Our first night we got served up a traditional meal of white asparagus (never knew there was such a thing), hollandaise sauce, hard-boiled egg, and bacon by Kye's sister Hannah, after managing the trek up to their 3rd story loft (I thought I had seen steep staircases before but they really seem to know how to make them over here).
