... driving, we had to stop off and get some lunch - veiner schnitzel. OMG. Was amazing! ... farewell. Adam looked good again today. He was able get up and walk outside to see us off. In addition, everyone else got in line and we shook hands, cried, hugged and cried some more when we bid our farewells to everyone. The food is all organic and locally sourced. The dinner buffet offered a wide range of food including lamb, fish, salads, pasts, beef, and a range of desserts and cheese.

Hartberg is a very cute little town and our hotel is beautiful! Situated next to the castle, the Alter Gerischtof is sophisticatedly decorated and very well presented. My room is rather large! With big bay windows that open out onto a balcony. The bed is SO comfortable I literally feel like I'm sleeping in a marshmallow. Breakfast is alright... No toast though. And you have to pay for eggs! So I guess it's another week of eating muesli!! On ...
