... on base. I got to hand it to the both they were quite good, not quite ready for the X factor but they had potential. ... 100 miles of the day - very heavy with lots of spray on the road. Steady as we go and we get through OK.

To get to our final destination of Silveton we have two mountain passes, Coal Bank Pass at 10640 ft and Molas Pass at 10910ft both small compared to the Grand Canyon but beautifully formed. I was so cold (and wet!) though when we arrived in Silverton and took an hour to warm up properly.

... that the shower was one of those European styles that has a half glass partition instead of a shower curtain so that the water sprays out on the floor. ... beer and a warm and friendly brewery. They might even give you a tour. Who knows I might bump into you when I’m over enjoying a cold one myself when I’m over there next.

I wish I could stay in Colorado longer though there is still things to see and do elsewhere. Miami is the next stop on my adventures around the globe. Looking forward to the sun sand and beaches and also my second spring break in a row.
