I don't know what Owen & Elise see in this Off-Roading thing! It's hard to keep ones footing when the Jeep is rocking and bouncing, but we did stop for a while of Marmot hunting on the Magie Gulch Trail. I ran all over that hillside and those darn Marmots just jump down a hole. So I didn't catch any, but it was fun. Check out the pics. Now that Randy shared the pictures Pam has said that Marmots look like little bears. So I'm updating my blog. I'm Brown Bear hunting. Watch out ...

... we met up with sweep and basically rode the rest of the way together. Today was a really great ride day; there was a tough, like, 30 mile stretch but on the whole it was pretty great. While we going ...

I had always heard that Telluride was uncrowded, but I didn’t really think it was any less crowded than some of the other places I’ve skied out West (Steamboat, Aspen/Snowmass). In fact, I felt like it seemed more crowded, maybe because I’d always heard how uncrowded it was that I expected more. I ski the East mostly, and it was ...

O.K. so I have it on my heart to share some glimpses into life on the road.

Shower: we have a solar bag shower that we hang up at the campsite and use from time to time. We have had to go days without a shower due to the weather. We now know to ask where the local pay shower is located. Most places have one. If you haven't paid for and taken a public shower then I highly recommend it in order to gain perspective. Not having a ...
