Stockholm's archipeligo is pretty spectacular on a sunny summer's day.

The humongous yet boring royal castle takes up a big chunk of the island. The facade is attractive, but it's more of a large building than an interesting castle. ... were set up. We enjoyed our first Swedish glogg and took advantage of the little barbecue fires around to warm up. Walking back through the old town and through Sodermalm we passed cool cafe's, bars and restaurants...clearly a lively area...but settled for some cinnamon buns and a chill out on the couch with background TV (it's the little things you miss... like a couch and an easy watch episode of top gear).
