... bin. Hat er meine Spur entdeckt? Ich sah, wie er sich bückte und versteckte mich gleich hinter meinem Zelt. Mein Herz klopfte. Mein Gelage um das Zelt ärgerte mich. Vor allem die grelle orange Farbe meines Gaskochers. Er wird mich bemerken… soll ich zu ihm hingehen und ihn fragen, ob es ihn störe wenn ich diese Nacht hier verbringen würde?

Ich tat es nicht, sondern befahl meinem Schutzengel ihn höflich aber bestimmt aus meinem Schlafgemach zu vertreiben.

... a small town called Baccarat – yes the home of Baccarat crystal!! Lots of glitter and bling there. What a shame the budget didn’t match the prices. Still, they went through the museum and now have a new appreciation for the process which goes into creating such beautiful pieces of crystal and can probably understand why it costs so much! ...

But once the French police got it sorted (" do not go past the yellow line") we were then in the baggage selection.. another saga..but not worthy of a mention here. ... of the Dalai Lama. He carves the image into wood and then prints them onto paper. Sounds simple, not so. The images are amazing and so intricate. The work he did for the Dalai Lama (a complete Buddist medical journal) took him 13 years to complete. I toured his workshop and was lucky enough to get one of his originals.
