Unless she has already made her way to Norway. I tell you, it is impossible to keep up with her! ... one walk by with ice cream. I think you can figure out what our next stop was. We learned our favorite ice cream shop was Regla, as they really piled on the scoops :)

We did eventually catch the bus and took a very fast and winding bus ride to Santander. Our Pension was only a few blocks from the bus station. We found Pension Real, and oh my gosh, it was like the cutest little place. It really had ...

Whenever we had a kitchen available we always made a point to utilize it as much as possible. We made a hearty breakfast of scrambled eggs and chorizo. It was always so nice to start the day out with some sustenance. Hot food and hot coffee never tasted so good. We dished up in our portable dishware and went outside to eat our breakfast, I sneaked a few sausages to the dog hanging out in the yard.
