... home laden with cheap cashmere jumpers and pashminas quickly subsided and we are now the proud owners of two hoodies and two pairs of leggings!The wine was more of a mission, as Tamilnadu is a non-alcoholic state and our initial glee at seeing bottles of wine in a shop window were dashed when we read the words "de-alcoholized" in small writing on the bottom of the Australian C******ay!It's going to be a dry Christmas!

On my way out, I saw other customers eating what looked like the Punjabi Thali – so I asked them what they were eating, and sure enough, it was the very dish that I had ordered.
