    ... lawsuit since we could not complete the train adventure. Maybe he's never heard of an act of God.

    We were on a local bus. Big Mama said somebody wanted to interview her about the train journey; probably had never seen a whale out of water before. Those locals can be loud but no more so than the trip losers yapping away on the train earlier.

    ... was very intersting to see and the smell was amazing. We got to try a sample too which was delicious and doesn't get fresher than that I guess! We really wish we had room in our bags to take some home/on wards with us.

    It was a breath of fresh air that delved deep into our lungs when we stepped out of our bus and into the air of Ooty. But we should have heeded the warning signs of Indians wearing thick jackets and woollen hats, as this was cold; 20 degrees colder in fact than where we had came from.     ... They had been billeted just a couple of kilometres from the station and their host had offered to take them to the station … the wrong station as it turned out. It was so lucky that our linen was substandard and needed replacing, and that it took until just after the Pauls arrived flustered, breathless and highly relieved, for the linen to be sorted.
