Joan had some extremely interesting stories relating to the 1999 upheaval and her involvement in recovering some of the deceased. In all she was an extremely interesting person. On the road again
... next two days are holidays for the EU Commission here – so I finish my job here in a few hours time and will then be at the clinic to make sure the project there is handed over fully.
