... in Belgium as our hostel was near but we didn't know how near, and it was getting dark. we hopped on the metro and took a few wrong turns but actually found it quite easily, it was a cute building that looked tiny but you went inside and it was actually quite large, with the cutest lounge and we had four beds in our room all girls! We had a roommate who showed us a little of what she knew in Belgium and showed us the delirium cafe which is so neat it's down cute ...

... lands where the fighting occurred. We were so fortunate to have such a beautiful clear day. The mound is actually a Dutch monument.

Besides visiting a 360 degree panoramic mural we ultimately caught the bus back to Brussels. I ended up walking around some more of Brussels before eventually calling it a night.

In the morning, I caught the train that would take me first to Rotterdam and then to Leiden for the next part of my summer adventure.
