    The Perfect Day

... to have fun on. So I pretty much just sat out there and enjoyed the sunrise. Oli was struggling to catch a wave and obviously saw me just chilling and said he'll get me on one. He lines me up, tells me to wait and then says paddle. I turn and see the biggest wave of the day staring at me and I bail. I don't want to break a board or get smashed into the shallow water and there was no chance of me getting up on these monsters. I head back into shore, ...

    Pipa day 2

... fair. So cheap, and in this heat, an ice cold one goes down a treat. We decided to kill the afternoon by watching a movie again and as we only had the two movies, we rewatched Despicable Me and had a little sneaky snack feast. After the movie ended, we weren't hungry after smashing so many crackers and chips, so we decided to go for a walk around town to see what its like after the sun goes down and work up an appetite ...

The sun was well on its way down and the wind was up so we chilled on the shore for a bit and decided to have some fun in the sand doing some toning exercises before going in for a late dip. The current was quite strong so we stayed in close and pretty much just washed the ...

... from another guy before getting out of the sun with lunchtime approaching. We set off into town around 1200 and after a half hour walk we found a small shopping centre where we looked for some food. Not much luck in the food department with no supermarket there and could not find one close, so we ducked into a buffet self service churasco where you are charged per 100g of food you eat. We were pretty tame on the food and didn't go ...

    Long transit day to Natal

A travel blog entry by tnanoble on May 26, 2015

... We finally arrived in Natal at around 2130 and jumped straight into a taxi to make the trip to our place down at Ponta Negra. It took about 15mins and we arrived at our hostel just before 2200. We showered and admired the place we were in and how nice it was considering the price we paid. So much cheaper than our tiny place in Fortaleza and so much nicer with our own bathroom, fridge and microwave. We crashed out not after realising the TV in the room had no English channels ...
