A slight modification on the first noble truth.
As I prepare for my journey, an important shout out to this virtual world that the perfectionist in me will be letting go. On the path to my true Self I will be letting go of (hopefully) the noise pollution ...
... we wanted to be creative and do something different together and yet we wound up doing the same things together like eating sushi and taking a walk downtown.
As I recall, a week hadn't passed since our first kiss, she called me while I was shopping at New Seasons, I was in the bread isle. She explained to me that there was a person in her life whom she had been indecisive with, an Ex-Boyfriend, and that the kissing, the hugging, the close ...
... about the Casa Bolivar and its surrounding environs. Sounds like a great, hospitable place with enormous, cool rooms (we're staying in the "Baroque" loft, which is a "... spacious apartment decorated with an original painted ceiling, chandeliers with pendants, and window of red cedar. 46 sq meter loft with a mezzanine and 4 balconies..." FOUR balconies??? Whatever ...
Portland, Oregon, United States ssmccallI arrived at PDX at 3am and couldn't check my bag until 4am... and now it is around 6:30, only about an hour left before my flight leaves. There have been so many strange people here at the airport and it has been super crowded since about 5 am. The lady in all purple outfit sitting next to me as on a pair of black tights that have roses and its kinda weird... But she keeps peeking at me and its a bit ...
Portland, Oregon, United States leejes4... Whew..... If your from another country and feeling homesick, you can try your hand at some american attempts. I will not guarentee that it is all athentic, but the heart is in it. There are however, places you must visit. 1. Voodoo donut. Portland, Oregon, United States icypenguinOn Wednesday, July 18th, Ron and Sue will be leaving on their long-awaited trip to England. We will be staying in a much-touted B&B in Horley and using the rails (and our feet) for all our explorations. We hope to send out 8 or 9 blogs while there to update everyone on our experiences. This is our debut blog - so could you please let us know if you have received it. This is all new to us - in every way - so wish us luck!
Beaverton, Oregon, United States mana... back to Australia to the Gold Coast arose which they excitedly took . They ended up leaving the country before us & we dropped them to the airport about 10 days later!! In between helping them pack & sell furniture we did some sightseeing.
The weather was cold, rainy & misty. Oregon is not green without good reason ...
... Oh well, it was 2 pm and I hadn't eaten anything all day yet, so I sat there anyway - I didn't feel like going on a food scavenger hunt at this point. The Café was nice and cozy, but unfortunately, it was also usual museum Café pricings. Meh. Oh yea, I also got 3 books at their gift shop, including a catalogue on an exhibition of the Western influence on Japanese art (and vice-versa) they hosted a few years back :) Oh, and a delightful and concise book on Chinese Ink painting ...
Portland, Oregon, United States bunsy... On August 4th, we'll depart Tucson for Dallas, and then fly from Dallas to Tokyo, Japan! Once in Tokyo, we'll travel by bus to the city of Nagoya, in Aichi Prefecture (like a state) which is the location of Expo 2005. There we will rehearse for 2 days with additional Asian cast members. On August 10, we will begin our performances at Expo 2005 (Check out my photo album for images of the Expo Plaza stage), which is international in theme. We'll do two ...
Beaverton, Oregon, United States neouppie... Yes, I can...because it's the ONLY thing I know how to do and it's the only non-violent response I can think of offering to this struggle for human rights." But it's ******* me and those around me. I hope I make it into the Expo 2005 cast, because I desperately need to have my faith in mankind rejuvenated, and I need to get away from this nation for a while and renew my global perspective on the things that matter. With that being said... Peace, Jenn
