We arrived in Ohio woohoo!!!! The big sale starts in two days we can't wait. We have seen signs already and tables being set up. On the way to Oxford to our hotel we found another covered bridge the first one for Ohio. The Pugh Mill Bridge now called the Black Bridge. It stands in its original location but no through traffic allowed. This is the longest bridge so far at 220 feet long and 25 ft high. It was built in 1868-69 for access to a saw ...

... present. It was surprising to see so many British Aircraft, including a rare Bristol Beaufighter. There was also a missile silo-like building housing quite a few rockets. Side exhibits included the Aviation Hall of Fame and a chance to fly a space shuttle simulator (which couldn’t be resisted)!

The afternoon saw us at Carillon Historical Park, touring the many old buildings and exhibits in the 65 acre setting ...

... unzipped the camper and set up camp chairs around the fire, and Addison helped set up the camper, set the table, food prep, etc. I would highly recommend taking a trip like this. We sincerely LOVED it! We hope lots of other families have just as much fun as we did and we would be more than happy to talk through planning, details, etc. and/or share our planning spreadsheet with anyone who is interested.
