    Had a good trip yesterday, the majority of it was on the A75 which is dual carriageway, unfortunately using local roads would have taken far too long. The road was fairly quiet but as the altitude increased so did the thickness of fog which we were in for about 30 miles then we were back in brilliant sunshine. Looking out of the van window now the sunshine is about to continue today.

    Took the tollway from Barcelona through rolling terrain, part rural, part industrial, towards Girona. Loved the look of the smallish Mediterranean pines that predominate in this area.
