      ... badly. We made our way up Bear Notch Road to the 302 where we stopped at the Bartlett covered bridge shop. We had stopped here on our first trip years ago. They have the most adorable stuff and I bought a fabulous metal owl sculpture. We tried to get some pics from the bridge too but it was raining quite hard at this point.       ... was tough. We did the first two miles relatively easily. During which, we saw streams, waterfalls, chipmunks and...snow. That's right, Hayley saw snow for the first time! It was fairly weak though; merely a layer of ice over part of the trail. Nonetheless, it was cool.
