      ... desperately tried to get a text through. The town was packed with people despite the constant drizzle and overcast fog we were having. It was hard to get down the street and even more difficult to find a parking space. We managed to park on Dockside by the boat dock in 2 hour parking and wandered up to the main street.       ... many photo stops, we assumed we'd be at the summit within three hours total. We were advised that experienced hikers make the climb in 4-5 hours, but plan for all day. They must say this for the average Joe that wants to hike it. Turns out the second half was the hard part.
