Finally when I felt he had some understanding of what I wanted, I sat back, uneasy, in my chair ...

... just no where near the caliber of the Japanese. They push, cough on you, are dirty, and just do not have any manners. Not to mention the food, I have had some delicious meals here, but nothing like Japan. Perhaps I am being to ******* the Chinese people, there are people who are very nice and helpful as I have learned but still the majority of Chinese people I have encountered have very poor 'manners.' I am starting to enjoy cooking again. It took me a little while to ...
