Good morning!

A general disclaimer - it takes too long to place the photos, so I'm not, which is why you'll see a bunch of breakfast pictures among my diary. I'm just letting the blog place them automatically.

So, yesterday was a bit more than I bargained for . . .in a good way, but I'm going to be nice and split it into the morning and afternoon.

We have been on the road for a week today! Still not at Prague as we have been meandering through the country roads - awesome scenery. Everything in Germany is neat and tidy, no ciggie butts on the streets here, no siree! Also they are into recycling in a really BIG way. We journeyed on crossing oner ...

... cheap to drink and eat. A pint of beer at a pub costs around 2-3$. Therefore, the risk of developing a dependence on alcohol is very real in this town. I can understand why the Czechs drink more beer than any other nation in the world. We certainly indulged during or stay. At night, everything is illuminated and it is so picturesque it doesn’t even seem real. The streets are lined with ornate, colourful buildings and merchants everywhere are selling mulled ...

Pretty Pretty Prague

A travel blog entry by bels_adventure on Oct 04, 2014

... nothing that we were expecting - being Prague we thought it would be some gothic timeless building, and what I actually thought was the castle ended up being the church! Oops. The castle was a very modern and underwhelming building, but it lead through to the beautiful church complete with some of the most detailed stained glass windows I've seen. It was on par with st Stephens cathedral in Vienna. However because of how ...
