... a beer drinker but this was not too bad...actually quite nice. A few of us from the tour stayed on to enjoy the beer, the monastry and the traditional Czech setting. The journey back into town was a slow and esuirly walk down the hill talking in the beautiful city bathed in light...MAGIC!! Stephanie, Travis and I were the last survivors from the tour and decided that traditional Chez food was in order - roast pork, goulash, bread dumplings ...

... were amazing. We tried to snap many pictures to capture the beauty. The reason we wanted to go to the monastery is because it has one of the oldest libraries, there are books in there from the 14th century. I just had to see this for myself. We went up the spiral ...

The other part is the tower that a famous alchemist, Kelly, used. There are 60 steps to the top, and then you feel like you've entered a Halloween funhouse. They have set it up how he might have had it set up, with jars of odd body parts, a skeleton, and other interesting items he might have had. It ...

... we had was packed full of excursions, so we only had a couple of hours in the morning to walk around. We were really lucky with the weather, and it was beautiful and sunny all morning and apparently it's been cloudy every day for the past 6 weeks. I did a bit of shopping with the girls (Georgie, Mel, Sam, Lisa, Ruby, Fifi) whilst Dylan went to the communist museum with some of the guys (Andrew, Martin, Michael, Kelly). ...
